The inaugural IMT ‘10 To Watch’ framework, developed by Insurance Meets Tech (IMT), assessed insurers using two equally weighted criteria: Digital Transformation Depth, which measures the sophistication and integration of an insurer’s technology ecosystem; and Market Impact, which evaluates the reach, accessibility and relevance of digital innovation to customers and the wider market.
Heirs Insurance Group earned an impressive 88 out of 100 for Digital Transformation Depth and 90 out of 100 for Market Impact, resulting in the highest combined score of 89 out of 100.
