Port Harcourt, December 27, 2025 – Heirs Insurance Group, Nigeria’s fastest-growing insurance group, has expanded its annual CSR programme, ‘The Good Project’, to Southern Nigeria.
This year, the Group empowered 300 school children in the Community Primary School, Port Harcourt, reinforcing its commitment to environmental responsibility and community upliftment.
Launched in 2024, The Good Project was designed to tackle plastic waste by upcycling discarded materials into durable, reusable school bags for underserved children. In addition to the distribution of the school bags, Heirs Insurance included cash donations to provide support to the school.
Speaking on the expansion of ‘The Good Project’, Niyi Onifade, Sector Head, Heirs Insurance Group, said: “The Good Project is our commitment to sustainability in action.
